Delivery and Ownership

We accept orders for Ireland and UK delivery. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you.

We shall endeavour to dispatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date.

Please bear up to 7 working days for the delivery.

It is our company policy that if the item ordered is low in stock you will receive the email notification from our customer support team. In this case, bear up to 14 days for the preparation of the order. This is not affecting your statutory rights. For more information please see Delivery Information.

As soon as the product is delivered to you, you are responsible for it.

Non- Delivery

Purebeau Ireland will send all items ordered by Fastways Express Delivery or by An Post applied at the time of purchase, but cannot take responsibility for any goods that are delayed, damaged or lost in the post. Goods that are lost in the post will not be replaced by Purebeau Ireland.

Delivery within UK takes from 3 to 7 working days. Purebeau Ireland is not liable for any delays, damage or loss of the goods in the post. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.
